The online mall (hereinafter referred to as “we”) hereby provides you with a series of services, including but not limited to online shopping, information release, community communication, etc. In order to ensure your legitimate rights and interests, please read and understand this Agreement carefully before using our services.

1. Agreement content

Service scope: The services we provide include but are not limited to online shopping, information release, community communication, etc. The specific service scope is subject to our actual provision.

User obligations: When using our services, you should abide by laws and regulations, respect the rights and interests of others, and shall not publish illegal, bad, or false information, or infringe other people’s intellectual property rights, privacy rights and other legitimate rights and interests.

Changes to this Agreement must be agreed upon between us and you and confirmed in writing.

Without affecting your use of the service, we have the right to modify and adjust this Agreement in accordance with the requirements of laws, regulations and business needs, and publish it on the mall.

Changes to this Agreement will be effective from the date of publication. If you continue to use our services, it means that you have fully read, understood and accepted the modifications and adjustments to this Agreement.

GOVERNING LAW These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong.
